Passport Studios is providing a paid for service to individuals around the world who are over 18, those under 18 must have the bill payer’s permission before purchasing products, all under 18 year olds are assumed to have asked permission prior to purchase.

To use the service that Passport Studios’ provides, you must agree to the below terms:

Services Provided

The services that Passport Studios will provide to the user under this agreement (here – in known as ‘the services’) will include but is not limited to:

Access to utilize all aspects of the expected service guaranteed
• includes access to support.
• includes access to email functional ability.
• includes access to all message board function (if applicable).
• includes access to all services provided by the provider without intolerance or hindrance.
• Access to all documents that are not personal or confidential or limited by the Privacy Policy under which Passport Studios’ occupies its business.
• The guarantee that the user will receive the expected products.

Payment Terms

All payments from customisable websites are negotiable. However; Passport Studios holds the right to cancel any business deal on the following grounds:

• Suspected criminal activity.
• Unwillingness or delay in the payment.
• Cannot afford the product.
• The request does not comply with the Terms of Service.
• Has the potential to debilitate the security of Passport Studios’ Privacy Policy Agreement.

There are several payment options available to our users under this Terms of Service agreement.

• Payment through PayPal either, via credit card of direct transfer of money PayPal to PayPal account.
• Direct deposit into Passport Studios’ bank account either internationally or domestically approved.

Passport Studios will not accept cash payments or cheques sent in the mail.

Content Restrictions

Passport Studios will not deem the user viable for business if the following content restrictions are not abided and upheld.

• All websites that are made to fit custom standards may not be promoting anything to break the federal law of the United States of America, Australia or the United Kingdom. International law also applies on any website founded or developed by Passport Studios
• Passport Studios will not create a website that is intended for the promotion of illicit substances or recreational drug usage. Racism, discrimination or abuse will not be tolerated. Passport Studios will not associate itself with the pornography industry and therefore will not create a website based on the business.
• All websites will be in English when they are on completion. Basic, example text will be put in place in gibberish until we are told what text is to appear there by the user of the service that we are providing.

Disputes

If a dispute over the service Passport Studios’ is providing for the users, then all necessary action will be taken to resolve the dispute individually. In the case of a continuation of the dispute, then, the prevailing party is entitled to enter a court of law with attorneys if required. These terms of service shall be governed by the law of the United States of America, Australia, United Kingdom and International Law.

This service is provided ‘AS IS’

While Passport Studios will never undergo downtime or maintenance in its period, the service that is provided will be provided by the provider to the user by an ‘AS IS AVAILBLE’ methodology.
If the service is unavailable due to waiting times, or events beyond the control of the administration team (natural disasters, deaths, etc) the provider may not be held responsible by the user.
If wait times exceed seven working days for the rough draft of the service to be provided, the provider gives no warranty for this service that was expressed or implied.

Modifications and changes to this agreement

This agreement may be changed at the discretion of the Passport Studios’ Administration Staff team. Reasonable prior notification must be given to all users via mass email or other form (website news or other) in an obvious and easily accessible position within the service provided.
If the user does not agree with the modifications of the Passport Studios’ Administration Staff then they have two weeks (14 days) to terminate their accounts, and business agreements or hence the acceptance of the modifications implicated upon the Terms of Service agreement are assumed.

Limitations to this service

Passport Studios’ Administration Team or Design and Development Team have the right to decline any request at their discretion. No payments will be charged unless the good have been received in full account.

Termination of this service

The service that Passport Studios provides to the user may be terminated at any time by the provider (Passport Studios) or by the user (the individual). This is based on the individual or the provider’s discretion and can occur at any time for any reason.

By emailing Passport Studios’ administration team, you are hereby declaring that you accept these Terms of Service; any violation will result in a termination of business relations taking place immediately upon received evidence of illicit actions against this user agreement.
